The boys and Mr Stedman decided to go for an early morning run. I think the boys were ready at around 6am and were milling about waiting for this event to begin. Bearing in mind that they had a pre-run shower, they came back muddy and sweaty declaring that they didn't need a shower as they'd already had one.
